Invite teammates to a site, set their roles and manage who can see your stats.
Otus is built for teams. Invite colleagues to a site, give them the right level of access, and collaborate on the same data — including a shared AI Chat history.
Invite a member
- Open Site settings → Team.
- Choose Invite member and enter their email address.
- Pick a role.
- Send the invitation — they'll get an email to join.
Roles
Roles determine what a member can do, from view-only access to full management of a site's settings and team. Give people the least access they need to do their job, and reserve management roles for those who configure tracking and billing.
Agencies & freelancers
If you manage analytics for clients, add each client site to your account and invite the relevant people per site. Members only see the sites they've been invited to.
Programmatic access
For dashboards, exports or automations, use a read-only API key instead of sharing a login. API keys can read data only for sites their owner is a member of.
