Plans & limits
Otus has five plans. They differ in your monthly event allowance, how many websites and custom events you can register, access to AI Chat, data export, the Conversion API, data retention, and the level of support.
There are no overage fees, and going over your event allowance never locks your dashboard.

Pay yearly and get two months free compared to paying monthly. Prices exclude VAT/sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your location (see Billing & invoices).
What counts as an event
Every tracked action counts toward your allowance: pageviews, engagement events, outbound clicks and any custom or standard events you send. Keep this in mind if you send a lot of custom events.
Go over your allowance and we tell you. There are no overage fees and your dashboard is never locked.
AI features
Every plan includes the AI Analyst's weekly written summary. AI Chat, the conversational analyst, is included from Growth upward.
Each plan includes a monthly number of AI Chat messages: Growth 100, Business 300 and PRO 1,000. Enterprise plans can negotiate custom usage limits for AI features. Like the event cap, the allowance is account-level: it's shared by all websites and team members in your account. It resets on the 1st of every month (UTC), and you can see how much you've used in AI Chat and under Account → Subscription.
Data export
CSV data export is included from Growth upward. Starter doesn't include data export.
Conversion API
Server-side ad conversion forwarding (Conversion API) is included from Business upward. See Conversion forwarding.
Data retention
Each plan determines how far back you can query your analytics: Starter keeps 1 year, Growth 2 years, Business 3 years, PRO 5 years, and Enterprise is custom. Reports won't return data older than your plan's window.
Year-over-year comparisons need at least 24 months of history, so they're available on Growth and above. Starter's 1-year window is too short. Upgrade to add year-over-year.

Changing plans
Upgrade or downgrade any time from Account → Subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately so you get the higher limits and features right away. You can also switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time.
