Excluding pages & traffic
Keep internal visits and noisy paths out of your reports.
Sometimes you don't want certain visits in your stats — staging paths, admin areas, or your own team's browsing. The Exclusions tab in site settings lets you filter them out.
Exclude pages
Add page paths you don't want counted (for example /admin, /preview or internal tools). Matching pageviews are excluded from your reports.
Exclude your own visits
To stop the tracker recording your own browsing in a particular browser, set the opt-out flag once in the console:
localStorage.setItem("otus_ignore", "true");
This is the most reliable way to exclude yourself, since it stops events being sent at all. Remove it with:
localStorage.removeItem("otus_ignore");
