Getting Started

Dashboard tour

Get oriented with the Otus dashboard — sites, reports and settings.

Once data is flowing, here's how the dashboard is laid out and where to find things.

Switching between sites

If you manage more than one website, use the site switcher at the top of the sidebar to move between them. Every report is scoped to the currently selected site.

The Reports menu

All of your stats live under Reports in the sidebar. Each report is a focused view:

Overview

Your headline numbers — traffic, engagement and conversions — with comparison periods and breakdowns.

Realtime

A live, auto-refreshing view of who's on your site right now.

Engagement

How deeply people interact — time on page, scroll depth and returning visitors.

E-commerce

Revenue, orders, average order value and top products.

Funnels

Build a sequence of steps and measure drop-off between them.

AI Analyst & Chat

A written weekly report and a conversational analyst for your data.

Choosing a date range

Most reports share a date-range picker at the top. Pick a preset (Today, 7 days, 30 days, etc.) or a custom range. Where supported, Otus shows a comparison against the previous period as up/down deltas next to each metric.

Customising the Overview

On the Overview report you can choose which four scorecards are shown (for example Unique Visitors, Sessions, Bounce Rate, Avg. Session Duration). Your choice is remembered in that browser.

Site settings

Open Site settings to configure a site:

Account settings

Your personal settings (email, password, two-factor authentication and API keys) and your subscription and billing live under your account menu, separate from site settings.
