AI Chat is a conversational analyst for your site. Ask a question in plain language, such as "How did my traffic change over the last 30 days?", and get an answer grounded in your real data.

AI Chat is available on the Growth plan and above. On Starter the feature is shown behind an upgrade gate. See Plans & limits.

What you can ask

The assistant is good at questions like:

  • "What are my top 5 pages right now?"
  • "How did my traffic change over the last 30 days?"
  • "Which traffic source converts best?"
  • "Where are my visitors located this week?"

Suggested prompts are offered to get you started.

How it works

Behind the scenes the assistant can read your analytics through a set of read-only tools: overview metrics, engagement, funnels and realtime. It can only read aggregated data for sites you have access to; it can never change settings or see personal data.

Monthly message allowance

Each plan includes a number of AI Chat messages per month: Growth 100, Business 300 and PRO 1,000 (Enterprise is custom). Every question you send counts as one message; if the assistant can't answer because of an error, the message isn't counted.

The allowance is shared by all websites and team members in your account and resets on the 1st of every month (UTC). The chat page shows how many messages you've used this month. When you reach the limit, you can't send new messages until the allowance resets, unless you upgrade to a higher plan.

Shared history

Your conversation is saved per site and shared with other members of that site, so your team builds a shared thread of questions and answers over time. You can clear the history at any time.
