Manage everything about your subscription from Account → Subscription & billing.
From trial to paid
New accounts start on a 14-day free trial. Before it ends, choose a plan and add a payment method to keep your data flowing. If the trial ends without a subscription, tracking for your sites pauses until you subscribe.
Monthly or yearly
Every plan can be billed monthly or yearly. Paying yearly gets you two months free compared to paying monthly for the same plan. Switch between the two at any time from the billing screen — the change applies to your next invoice.
Change your plan
Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades apply immediately so you get the higher event allowance and any new features straight away.
Payment method
Add or update your card from the billing screen. If a payment fails, we'll let you know so you can update your details before any interruption.
Invoices
Every charge produces an invoice you can download from the billing screen for your records and accounting.
Usage & limits
Your plan includes a monthly event allowance shared across all your sites. There are no overage fees and going over your allowance never locks your dashboard — we tell you, and you can upgrade if you're consistently close to your cap. See Plans & limits.
