Manage everything about your subscription from Account → Subscription & billing.
From trial to paid
New accounts start on a 14-day free trial. Before it ends, choose a plan and add a payment method to keep your data flowing. If the trial ends without a subscription, tracking for your sites pauses until you subscribe.
Change your plan
Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades apply immediately so you get the higher event allowance and any new features (like AI) straight away.
Payment method
Add or update your card from the billing screen. If a payment fails, we'll let you know so you can update your details before any interruption.
Invoices
Every charge produces an invoice you can download from the billing screen for your records and accounting.
Usage & limits
Your plan includes a monthly event allowance shared across all your sites. Track your usage on the billing screen and upgrade if you're consistently close to your cap — see Plans & limits.
